General

The entrance to my studio! Go through the waiting room and to the first door on the left.
Where are you located?
My studio is located inside of Bene Skin and Laser on N Lamar Blvd (5555 N Lamar Blvd Ste C121, Austin, TX 78751), behind and to the left side of the Goodwill/Half Price Books building. I also offer mobile services (with travel fee reflected in mobile service prices) within 10 miles of ZIP 78752 + further away for an additional travel cost, as well as virtual skin consultation services!
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the appointment to avoid a fee.
Our appointments are like hotel reservations, in that there is limited space for clients to book, and a late cancellation results in a lost appointment slot that could have gone to another client!
Should you fail to cancel within the window, my booking system will automatically charge your card on file with 40% of the price of the service booked.
What if I need to reschedule?
I get that sometimes things come up and you need to reschedule! I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduled appointments. Failure to reschedule within the 48-hour window will incur a fee of 40% of the service's booked price. NOTE: Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment. Additional reschedules on the same appointment will incur a $15 fee to keep things fair for everyone. Thank you for understanding!
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a monetary retainer is required to reserve your time slot. The amount varies per service and is credited towards the cost of service on the day of your appointment. You'll see the retainer amount on the service being booked before checkout on my booking site!
What is your late policy?
Please let me know via text message or Pocketsuite as soon as possible if you're going to be late for your appointment. If you're going to be more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule for later in the week or the next available appointment time.
What products are used for skin services?
I primarily use Skin Script, Glymed Plus, and various Korean skincare products in facial treatments. You can learn more here!
What should I wear to my appointment?
For skin services, wear a tank top, comfortable bottoms, easy-to-remove shoes, no makeup, and no jewelry (including facial piercings) for safety and maximum comfort. You may optionally change into a spa wrap to protect your clothing from any product used during treatment, and you'll be covered with a sheet and blanket on the treatment table during your service.
For lash and brow services, please arrive with no makeup on and in whatever you're most comfortable lying down in for an hour!
Note: If you show up to your appointment with makeup on (such as after work etc.), I will kindly ask you to remove it yourself before we start for the sake of time and efficiency. We want to spend your booked time on your actual service!
Can I bring guests or children to my appointment?
As my treatment room is relatively compact, we advise against bringing any guests or having them wait in the waiting room instead. Children are allowed in the waiting room only if a trusted adult is accompanying them at all times.
Are there any requirements for receiving in-home services?
Yes, there must be adequate space for me to set up a treatment bed and supplies (about 100 sq. ft is ideal), as well as a sink and a working electrical outlet nearby the designated space. By booking with me, you agree to these conditions. If these requirements cannot be met upon arrival, I will not be able to provide your service and your card on file will be charged a fee equal to 40% of the service price.

Virtual Care
How do virtual consultations work?
Good question! I wanted my virtual consults to be accessible to everyone, so I split them into different tiers based on the level and length of support, communication style, and product recommendations. Learn more below!
What is the difference between tiers?
Tier One is designed for those who want to focus on overall skin health and preventative age management.
Tier Two is a step up from Tier One designed for those with mild to moderate skin concerns and conditions who need more support, stronger products, and want to dig deeper into how skin works with the included initial video consultation.
Tier Three is designed for those with deeper or more stubborn skin issues that need closer management and targeted, potent products (things like excessive dryness or oiliness, rosacea, eczema, hypersensitivity, melasma, and other pigmentation issues). More information on what's included in each tier can be found here!
We also offer a specialized virtual acne program for those who struggle with persistent breakouts that won't seem to budge. Learn more here.
Are you able to recommend drugstore products for my routine?
Of course! Tier One of my virtual consults is designed to offer affordable and accessible products and light guidance for those with normal skin or mild skin problems who need a simple routine they can maintain on their own.
How will I recieve products for my new routine?
It differs depending on the tier level! Tier One clients will receive affiliate links to their recommended products they can then order themselves online. Tier Two and Three clients will have their new products shipped directly to them by the professional companies I work with, nothing extra required!
