Our Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We get that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hrs in advance. Should you fail to do this within the time frame, you will forfeit your deposit and will have to pay a new one for your next service. Thank you for understanding! Similar to booking a hotel room, late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as they prevent us from offering your spot to another client in need of an appointment.
Safety and Disinfection
To ensure safety for both parties, we take disinfection incredibly seriously. Gloves are worn during treatment, and between each client, all linens are replaced, all surfaces and products are wiped and properly disinfected, all multi-use tools are made from non-porous materials and properly disinfected, and all disposable applicators are one-time use only.
Retainers & Card on file
All appointments require a retainer that varies in amount based on the service. This retainer goes towards the cost of your service, and is refundable as long as service is cancelled before the 48 hour window. All clients must have a current and active credit card on file at time of booking. Credit card payments will only be processed at time of booking for retainer fees, after services are performed, and when purchasing homecare products.
Late or Not Home Upon Arrival
For in-studio appointments, please contact us via text message or Pocketsuite as soon as possible if you're going to be late. If you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we'll need to reschedule for later in the week or the next available appointment time. For in-home services, please ensure you or your designated host is present at the agreed-upon appointment time. If we arrive and find the location unattended, we may need to reschedule, and a service fee could apply.
Space Requirements (Mobile)
To create the optimal spa environment in your home, a clean, quiet space is essential. Please ensure the following is available before booking: •A clean, clear, and stable area for a treatment table and other supplies (approximately 100 square feet is recommended, which is around the size of a king mattress). •Easy access to a sink (for handwashing and sanitation purposes) and a nearby electrical outlet to power essential equipment. Your space greatly impacts the quality of the experience. Your cooperation is appreciated!
Children and guests
Pets
As my treatment room is relatively compact, we advise against bringing any guests or having them wait in the waiting room instead. Children are allowed in the waiting room only if a trusted adult is accompanying them at all times. For mobile services, guests may be in the room at client discretion, and children will need to be accompanied by an additional adult.
We adore furry friends, but to ensure a safe, sanitary and undisturbed environment, pets should be left at home for in-studio appointments. For mobile services, pets must be secured or kept in a separate room. This helps in maintaining a clean and calm treatment area and minimizes any potential distractions.
Contracts & Forms
Refunds
Before your appointment, you will receive necessary intake forms and consent agreements. These documents help protect both parties while ensuring we understand your unique skin journey. Please read, sign, and return these forms in advance so we can focus on your service during your session!
If you are unsatisfied with a service, let us know upfront! Trust us, you won’t hurt feelings, and we're happy to fix it for you within 3 days of the service. With this in mind, there are no refunds for services rendered.
